Why we love Tensira
The story begins in a village in the Republic of Guinea, where generations of artisans have mastered the craft of hand-dyeing textiles using natural, vegetable-based indigo pigments. Since 2009, Tensira has worked closely with these communities, preserving time-honored techniques while creating ethical, high-quality home textiles made to last.

Tensira collections are designed in Paris, where African heritage meets Nordic restraint and Parisian refinement. The brand was created with the intention of designing thoughtful, sustainable home essentials while supporting the West African artisans who bring them to life.
